Diora is my number one place to get a massage. The whole experience is perfection. From the friendly greeting when you enter, to the foot bath before and then always the best massage I ever have. Especially the head and foot. The ambience is very calming I have also had the scub which is a monthly treat and tag it onto a massage. The tea and treats is also very refreshing and I enjoy the mango jelly after.

Staff very kind and friendly. Massage was so good so I keep coming back for 3 times.

EXTREMELY disappointed! i have booked an exclusive packaged for a loved one earlier this year, and it turned out to be a dingy blacked out room with lukewarm water and sewage smell! completely different to the private rooms they’re advertising and quite the opposite of the overall airy and light aesthetic of the place. what a shame and a letdown, as this was meant to be a surprise present, but instead my guest was shoved away in some dark back room. moreover, she was hurt by your incompetent masseuse and was left with a sore hand for weeks. 4000 for this, and completely ruined mood for both of us. such a shame!

I had the facial treatment here and it was great. Once we entered the floor above the ground floor, we felt immediately relaxed. The chilled pandan tea, the foot wash, followed by the treatment itself. I felt asleep soon after treatment began because it was so relaxing. Towards the end of the session, I was awake to enjoy the massage given as part of my treatment, which I hadn’t expected. After the session, warm pandan tea and a coconut pudding awaited me. Thank you for a wonderful experience. Suggestion for improvement: the ground floor reception and lift areas need an update to feel more welcoming and relaxing like the upper floor.
