Sadly have to add this review. This was my favourite Salon. In 2025 since its opening, both me and my family members, used to come here regularly for their services. Regular hair treatments, haircut, blow dry, foot and hand spa, manicure & pedicure, and more. I absolutely loved the beautiful aesthetic, the staff used to be lovely and welcoming, spoke perfect English, and the services were high quality. I was even their vip member through their membership program . However - something have drastically changed since a few months ago. They must have changed ownership, otherwise I can’t imagine what would cause such drastic changes for the worst. I unfortunately will never visit this salon again. And this is why : prices for their services have increased by 400%(!!!) A hair treatment I used to pay 1000thb for regularly, now is charged 4000thb (!). As now they “charge by the length of your hair “ While i understand raising prices for services, and different promotions, but 400% price increase is wild. Same for nails - prices not only increased substantially, now their system is based on multiple separate pricings, and you will find this out while already sitting on the manicure chair . “Oh you want this color with glitter ?” Another 200. You want cuticle care ? Another 500 , and so on . It took me several messages before my arrival through Line , to understand how much my pedicure and manicure will cost me . And even then, it ended up being much more due to these “add on” pricing structure, that I only found out while the technician was already working on my nails . Communication - stuff is unaware of their prices, of the or services, and also do not speak English . While speaking English is not a requirement, but for a Salon that used to have wonderful English speaking stuff, this change is disappointing. And lastly- when asked membership card I used to have with them, showing it to the stuff on their own line account (!) Stuff were completely unaware of what it is. And only told me “we don’t have it “ I still didn’t understand what happened to it . I writing this review because I am very disappointed with these drastic changes to a Salon I used to love, and that was one of the best ones in the area . I hope the management will reconsider their approach.

I booked two services. After the first one finished, I waited for about 30 minutes until the second one started. It seems they only realized I was waiting after I called out to them. I'm disappointed because I had high expectations due to the stylish atmosphere and high ratings. However, the hair styling was good. Thank you.

I had a great time at Casa Amanzi! Had hand and foot spa + 60 min aromatherapy. All the ladies were excellent. I love how private the salon is. Definitely worth every penny. It is a little hidden from the main roads but that just adds more to the privacy and it’s like a little escape salon within a bustling city. I will definitely be back! 💕
