Customers should be given complete information. Keratin treatment lightens hair color significantly, but in the end, it washes out and you have to go to another salon to get your hair colored again. (-*-) It's a waste of time doing it twice, and it's giving me a headache.

A perfect 10/10! They always cut exactly the reference image I provided. This time I had my hair cut by stylist P'Wan, who gave great advice and was incredibly kind. The service was amazing, so friendly and lovely. This salon does a fantastic job, the results are stunning, and the prices are very reasonable. 💖🫶🏻

Surprisingly, the salon is still around today. The stylist looked completely unwelcoming when she saw how thick and voluminous my hair was, as if it wasn't worth the effort (even though they ultimately rip me off). I once went for a hair straightening treatment during a promotion for 2,000 baht including a hair spa. When I got there, they said the price was different because my hair was so thick and long. I had an important event in two days, so I had to pay because I'd already paid a 300 baht deposit. 🙄 Washing my hair was incredibly uncomfortable and my neck was very itchy! It might have been because the towel they used to wash my hair seemed unclean. Most importantly, the stylists were arguing about how much and thick my hair was. They rushed through the straightening, leaving it unattended without properly scrunching it. In the end, it cost 2,800 baht, including a hair spa and a little trim. My hair reverted to its original state very quickly because the stylist didn't straighten it properly; it became frizzy and curly within 2-3 months...so frustrating.
