Today, December 29th, 1968, I called to book an appointment for a haircut at 6:30 PM. I booked through the admin and confirmed the time. Upon arrival, I informed the stylist of my appointment and waited about 15 minutes. When it was my turn, I asked the stylist if I had to wait in line like a walk-in. The stylist said that other people arrived at the same time as me (lol), and that I had to wait my turn because I was the last one, even though I arrived early. Ultimately, booking an appointment was meaningless. I thought to myself, what's the point of booking an appointment if you can't control the stylists? The stylist, despite being a good admin, didn't care and didn't pay attention to my booking. He even yelled at me in front of the shop. What kind of behavior is that? People who book in advance shouldn't have to wait so long; they can just wait like walk-ins. (The seating was near the entrance to the stylist's area.)

I came here for the first time because a friend recommended it, and I was very impressed! The haircut was exactly what I wanted; they understood the style I needed. The service was also great. It was probably crowded because of the holiday, I felt a little sorry for the stylist! 🤣
