  So I went last night with my girlfriend and the hot pool was incredibly hot, it burned us and no amount of time allowed us to really get comfortable in it to do the rotation. Same issue with the cold pool it was colder than your standard ice bath and completely ruined the experience. After looking for how to turn the settings down and not finding any corresponding buttons we decided to call staff using the call an assistant button, however that didn’t work so we had get out, dry, dress ourselves and find staff outside. By the time the manager came to us and explained how the temperature was normal and they couldn’t give us any extra time to get comfortable because they were packed… half our spa time was used. I’ve been in hot tubs and heated bodies of water before but this was overly hot. I looked it up and I was confirmed it was overly hot and extreme. The massage was ok but like the other review said it was soft sometimes then incredibly hard, it was the nicest part though. The staff was nice too at least but overall I’m incredibly unsatisfied. It’s too expensive for what you get out of it…

  We got the onsen, sauna and a massage package for couples. We really enjoyed our time. Wish the staff was more proactive in explaining the process especially when the onsen time was up because we were unsure what time we would be done. The massage was top notch! Worth the amount we paid for. We wanna go back and try the other services.

  We had booked here a few days in advance because they're packed and also have just 2 private rooms for now, one with the Bonsai Sauna room and the other with Sakura Steam room. We walked in half an hour late for our appointment, but was received warmly by the super positive and engaging Miss Apple. We had booked the couple's private Bonsai Sauna experience (Himalayan pink salt sauna, one of a kind place, with this store being less than a month old and they had this great offer at 45% discount for an hour. The reason why I chose this specific place over 10s of other very well rated private place is that this particular sauna room ( none others for now in Thong Lor region or even in bangkok) has a block of Himalayan pink salt within the sauna just above the stone oven. Although it looked very aesthetic ✨️ with the beautiful decor and ambient lighting, I was honestly upset that the sauna was only at about 45 degree C. To feel the beauty of the sauna for me personally, the temperature of my choice is 85 - 92 degree C, below 80 doesn't feel as relaxing or sweat inducing, and below 70 is a no-no for me and is often considered quite low by any standards. So inside the onsen I'm sitting contemplating how over priced this experience is, but the onsen itself being pretty good and satisfying I forgot about my disappointment in the sauna' temperature and soaked in the onsen for about 10 minutes, followed by a quick hip level plunge in the ice bath that sent shockwaves through my head. Now inside the Himalayan pink salt sauna room, the big rectangular block of tiles is covered in salt, and I kept pouring water onto the stones at regular intervals so as to increase the humidity within the sauna and although the scale showed just 49° it felt really good, and in no time I was sweating buckets. Maybe the presence of the salt covered tiles, it felt so intrusively good and I felt like I was sweating from the inside and not just at the surface of my skin ,it was so penetrative, deep& physically relaxing and very de-stressing. Felt like I was sweating out all my stress and toxins and melting into relaxation. Following the session we were offered warm tea and chocolate cookies and as we sat there in front of us, on the table was 3 tiny bottles of essential oil samples and one of them was absolutely divine and on enquiry Miss Apple told me it was Hinoki, evoking calm & tranquility, like a Japanese bathhouse. And as i write this hours later I can still smell it on the top of my palm, so soothing. A well worthy experience, beautiful and relaxing. Thank you Miss 🍎 and the overall team. A quick search shows that salt based saunas such as this one runs at a much lower temperature of 65-70 degree compared to the finnish/Japanese ones those run at 85+ degree C.

  The spa is located on the 3rd floor of SeenSpace Thonglor. I booked the private Sakura onsen room, which includes a hot onsen bath, a cold plunge, and a steam room. The facilities felt quite new and the room was very private, making the whole experience feel calm and exclusive. The hot onsen was nicely warm, while the cold plunge was extremely cold, great for the full contrast experience, though beginners might need a moment to get used to it. The spa also had a lovely relaxing scent that gave the space a luxurious atmosphere. Soft jazz music was playing in the background, which felt refreshing since most spas usually play piano music, adding a more sophisticated vibe. I also tried the Vietnamese hair spa and facial massage, and the massage was excellent. The therapist was especially good at working on the neck, shoulders, and upper back, the pressure was just right and really helped release tension. There were only a couple of small things. The towels had a slightly unusual smell, and the private room doesn’t have its own toilet, so you need to step outside to use the restroom. However, it’s located right next to the spa area, so it wasn’t inconvenient and is understandable since the spa is inside a commercial space. Overall, I really enjoyed the experience. The spa felt private, relaxing, and luxurious, and I would definitely come back again. For the price, it felt well worth it.

  Amazing experience! The service was outstanding. The moment I walked in, I felt like I had stepped into a beautiful Japanese spa. The staff were warm and welcoming, and the massage was deeply relaxing. I left feeling happy, refreshed, and completely satisfied. I was truly impressed and will definitely return in the future. Highly recommended! 💖
