  I don’t think they were trained therapists at all. One of the male “massage therapists” wasn’t even in uniform — he was literally standing at the door before they suddenly placed him to give a massage. Honestly, it felt like he might have been a driver or a guard, not a professional. The technique was so poor that it was frustrating the entire time, but I stayed quiet and endured it. I’m leaving this review so others won’t go through the same bad experience. Unless you’re looking for a place that’s open 24 hours, there’s absolutely no merit in coming here. Please avoid this place.

  When I visited in June, it was fantastic but just 6 months later, this place has become a farce. My therapist thought I was asleep and barely did anything other than putting her hands on my head for 20 mins. She was extremely light touch i.e. just grazing my skin for the most part. Told her I have shoulder ache and to focus on that, she said no. My friend’s masseuse fell asleep while massaging her. How did I know? The masseuse jumped when I coughed. My husband and friend who had neck, shoulder and feet massage had equally poor feedback. Such a shame as we came here based on our positive past experiences. Will not recommend anyone to visit here again. Get your massage elsewhere.

  RUN! THEY HAVE SICK MASSEUR SERVE YOU! I just had massage here yesterday and get back to hotel right away. In the middle of the night I woke up feeling sick, sore throat and feeling cold, then I realized the masseur who gave me the service she was sniffing the whole time, at the time I didn't think it was a big deal, just thought she's sick and shes wearing mask. Then I got sick at night. I am not the one who easily gets sick, but this is impropriate for someone who is on 2nd day of vacation or any of the customer! I run to 711 at 3am to get vitamins C shots, but unfortunately Im getting a fever today, this is NO FUN. To be honest the service is decent, not impressive, and didnt feel I have been massage but being polite, I even gave 100baht for the tip, and now this is totally ruin my vacation. Not recommended!

  Me and my friend visited yesterday and we saw the therapists were wearing masks, I first thought it’s just for preventive purpose but one of them was actually sick, she has been sniffling during the entire 90 minutes of the service. We both have gotten so sick the same night, woke up in the midnight, ordered medicine delivery. It was just the second day of our vacation and we are attending a wedding in 3 days in Bali, this unfortunate circumstance definitely ruined all of our plan. If you are sick, you should stay at home instead spreading your germ. It was a literal nightmare.
