  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently visited Totonoi Sauna&Onsen Bangkok -Sei- / Sauna and had a wonderful experience. The onsen itself was good and relaxing, although it wasn’t something that completely wowed me. However, what truly made my visit exceptional was the Premium Scrub package with massage and body mask. A special thank you to Joy, who provided outstanding service from start to finish. She was professional, attentive, and made me feel like a VIP throughout the entire treatment. Her attention to detail and genuine care turned a good experience into an amazing one. If you’re visiting Totonoi, I highly recommend booking the Premium Scrub package and requesting Joy. She is absolutely fantastic! Thank you for the excellent service — I’ll definitely be back.

  Husband and I booked in the 2 hour private sauna and onsen. Best decision ever. It was very relaxing and much needed after all the walking. It includes Japanese tea and treats which were really tasty. There was even a little cat visitor that popped by. In the private area you will have the onsen, cold bath, steam room, outdoor chilling area, indoor chilling area, private shower and changing room. You can also order Japanese food to eat in the area too. It’s a bit more pricey but we thought it was worth it since we have the area all to ourselves. Great lil treat for ourselves! The staff were very lovely and it’s easy to get to.

  The atmosphere is very good. The food inside is delicious. There are both cold and hot water. Very comfortable. The facilities are very good. The staff has a beautiful smile. Good service. Very good talk. Give the cutest advice. Will come again.

  We booked the private Onsen 2 hours VIP package with 90 minutes aroma massage after. Hands down my massage was by far the best I had for a long time. The staff in general is also super friendly. I have to reduce 1 star because we booked a private onsen. But it isn't really private. There is a fence with no full visibility protection so basically it's not private and right next to people smoking. For the money you pay to get the privacy, I would have expected full privacy and not transparent fence next to a smoking area...

  Highly recommended. Good price, excellent service and clean. Many sauna rooms with different temp and some with various herbs. I enjoyed the dark sauna room with the herb and small garden in the glass. There are 2 cold pools. 18 and 12 degrees celsius. There was a gentleman Myanmar staff always around the area to help you. He maintained good manners always and had good attitude towards his work. Also, he assist you with keeping track of time when you inside the sauna. He always ready to help and direct you. Made me feel comfortable, especially since it was my first time there. The toilet, shower locker rooms had AC, hair dryer and more amenities with large mirror. Very clean and practical. I have long hair so it’s useful to have hair dryer. They provide you 1 wet slipper and after 1 dry slipper when you are done. They also provide you 1 face towel, body towel and black shorts in a net bag. I went on a Friday late evening so not a lot of people. Best way to enjoy Friday night to be honest. Felt super rejuvenated after and had one of the best sleeps ever. I will definitely come back.
