  The spa therapist was very kind and I enjoyed my time. All of the staff were very friendly. Only minus to mention- wish there was a relaxation room to enjoy before and after treatments with teas and snacks.

  The spa inside the Grand Sheraton is absolutely fantastic. There is a very large fitness center with lovely locker rooms open to hotel guests, which we were able to use after checking out and before our late flight. I also had a massage with "Alisa" and it was one of the very best massages I've ever had. I had a sore neck and asked her to focus on it and she was truly dedicated to making sure I felt better by the time I left (which I did). Highly, highly recommended.

  Just an amazing place. I had a lovely time at this spa and gym. I was there for 2 months and I must say that the pool area is prolly the best in Bangkok. The staff is also amazing and it’s just a fantastic spot to train, relax and recover.
