The hair color turned out exactly how I wanted, and my hair looks healthy and beautiful.

It might just have been a bad day for me. I think I upset the staff because of my sensitive scalp. When I mentioned the irritation, they seemed unhappy and told me I was the only client who ever complained about it. The price was reasonable, so I asked what treatment they would recommend if I came back next time. Their response was, “Do you still want to return? We only have one formula for root touch-ups.” That left me a bit surprised. When you make reservations you have to make THB500 deposit but they don’t have any other clients when I was there.

I went to this salon with a clear idea of what I wanted: trim my ends, redo a gradient only in the front, and get a blow-dry. To my surprise, they refused to take me in. When I asked why, they told me the stylist didn’t speak English, so they couldn’t serve me. However, I communicated perfectly in English with another staff member, and I even suggested she could translate into Thai. Given that my request was simple, I didn’t see any reason for refusal. In the end, I was told they would not take me, which I found deeply shocking. I consider this behavior unacceptable and discriminatory.

From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the elegant black & gold interior — sleek, modern, and luxurious. The staff was super attentive and professional.
