I specifically asked the front desk for a deep tissue massage with firm pressure yet the entire 120 minute treatment I felt like I was being “gently touched”. I asked the masseuse to add pressure so many times that she started laughing. She also did not hit my pressure points. Overall very clean and quiet environment but the massage technique and service did not meet my expectation. Would not recommend this place given there are so many other massage places near by.

Nice environment. 10/10 for the customer service. My therapist was so thoughtful. I let her know that I would like to focus more on my lower back, after the treatment, she told me thatactually my middle part of my back was stressed too. She will inform me for each movement she made. It makes me feel good and professional. I went to Mandarin Oriental before, honestly, I would choose The Sense rather then MO. However, if there are more choices for the Spa options it would be better. But the experience was wonderful. :)

My husband and I just had an incredible experience at Sense Spa! The atmosphere was serene, the staff was professional, and the massage therapists truly worked wonders - Khun Ying and Khun Tina. We left feeling rejuvenated and relaxed. Definitely a five-star experience worth every second!

This is one of Bangkok's most luxurious and quiet spas. A total oasis from the One Night in Bangkok fun chaos outside in Sukhumvit and the city. You can't hear a smidge of outside noise unlike some hotels with the BTS noise. I would recommend their Bespoke massage because it really is bespoke. You put your body in their hands and come out feeling refreshed and massaged to your core. I admire that they kept the time and didn't try to shave minutes off like some other Bangkok luxury spas. 90 minutes was 90 minutes and added time. The Gentleman's Tonic facial was expertly done and essential in a humid climate like Bangkok. Being exfoliated took a lot of gunk and sweat off my face. It's been a lot of years since my skin felt so smooth.
