I booked the private Guided Thermal Experience and was really impressed with my first visit. Fahsai and Ya took such great care of us throughout the whole experience, from the ice bath and onsen to the massage. Everything was so relaxing, and I left feeling completely refreshed. I’ll definitely be coming back again!

If you’re visiting Bangkok, do yourself a favor and make time for this spa. I was introduced to it during my trip, and it quickly became one of the highlights of my stay. Everything was exceptional, from the warm hospitality and attentive service to the quality of the treatments. In just four days, I found myself returning for a second visit because the experience was that good. A special thank you to Fahsai, my therapist. I arrived with very tight and sore muscles, and her skillful treatment provided immediate relief. I left feeling refreshed, relaxed, and re-energized. Highly recommended, and I will certainly be back whenever I’m in Bangkok.

What truly sets Panpuri apart, however, is its recently introduced personalized fragrance service, allowing guests to craft a scent that is uniquely their own. As a leader in the Thai fragrance industry, Panpuri has also played a meaningful role in introducing public onsen culture to Thailand, a cultural contribution that speaks to the brand’s vision beyond beauty and wellness alone. During my visit, I had the pleasure of being attended to by three exceptional staff members. Khun Rose delivered a massage that was both professional and deeply restorative. Khun I-Nam guided me through the scent personalization experience with great knowledge and warmth, making the process as enjoyable as the result. Khun Ya led my ice bath session with clear instruction and reassuring encouragement throughout. Panpuri Wellness comes with my highest recommendation, whether you are seeking restoration, a one-of-a-kind sensory journey, or simply a moment of calm in a bustling city.

I’m so happy with today’s experience. The pricing is a bit on the higher side, however, the service and care matches the price. I love the fact that staff are friendly and extremely accommodating. Everyone is well trained for the visit. The scents are amazing with a great variety. I haven’t try their onsen, but it seems like that’s what everyone came here for. Location-wise is great, it’s on the 12th floor with a great view. They also have a little cafe which I’ll try out next time when I’m back.

Had a wonderful experience with the Sacred Balance Journey. The private onsen was very relaxing and the 90-minute massage was so good. The therapist was professional, kind and made me feel very comfortable.
