This place is amazing. Looks fresh and beautiful, smells like a million flowers and the massage is otherworldly. I was greeted by very friendly staff who speaks perfect English, I was given a complementary drink. Then taken into foot massage section. It's quiet with a relaxing music and smells seriously wonderful. An amazingly strong lady gave me a superb massage, she was checking on me to see if the pressure is alright. I felt like a feather afterwards. If you're having a walk at Lumpini Park or wandering around this side of the town, do yourself a favor and have a message here.

The worst experience I have ever had. I wanted to give 1 star but given the price I think I should not. The shop is currently under opening stage. Everything begun with a mess since I stepped in. I made a reservation through phone call 90 minutes in advance. Once I arrived, I repeated my request of female therapists and couple room again and again feeling like I had never communicated with the shop before. Furthermore, there are other guests arriving later than me but was served first?? After seating for at least 20 minutes, I was finally escorted by a female therapist to the couple room I requested without filling up the form of my preference on treatment while other guests next to us were filling up their preferences. Later a male therapist entered the couple room and was about to begin treatment for my friend. Seriously? I have told them so many times “I requested female therapists”. It’s truly a mess! As for the massage itself, the worst massage I have ever experienced. The therapist did not even use any strength and throughout the whole treatment, all I can feel was touching my skin. That’s all. I felt like I can be a better therapist. What’s even funnier after my treatment was one lady appeared to be the in charge asking me, “How’s your experience?”, my face remained blank. Perhaps she sensed something and she further mentioned, “We just opened for few days and it’s quite busy. If you have any feedback just let me know.” Well this shop has to restructure and not only to ensure a clear communication but also train their staffs. I am sorry to say that given the price is cheap, I don’t think I will give them a second chance.
