  Wonderful experience at this outlet. Ambience was very good and staff very professional. The spa was well appointed and serviced by a lift. With everything done to detail I am surprised to note that the wooden chairs were not ‘capped’ to prevent super irritating dragging noises. For the amount of money spent on this establishment, surely this is a minute expense to consider. Otherwise … 5 Star experience.

  A truly wonderful experience at Let’s Relax Spa Sukhumvit. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed with genuine warmth and hospitality. The ambiance is beautiful, peaceful, and instantly puts you in a relaxed state of mind. What impressed me the most was the courtesy and professionalism of the entire team. Every small gesture, from the warm welcome to their attention to detail, made the experience feel personal and special. The treatment was excellent, but it was the overall atmosphere and the genuine care shown by the staff that made this visit memorable. If you’re looking for a place to unwind and enjoy exceptional service, I would highly recommend Let’s Relax Spa Sukhumvit. I’ll definitely be coming back.

  Very clean, professional & friendly staff. Prices are very good & reasonable. We got an appointment for 4 people without a reservation. You get a cold towel and a drink before the treatment and a tea & sweets afterwards. They ask if common room is ok, equipment seemed clean & they had hygienic measures. The staff wears face masks. 4 people, 30 min head, shoulder and neck massage for 1500 Thai bhat. Can highly recommend the place.

  This branch does not have an onsen facility. Before the massage, they provide a cold towel and a welcome drink, and they also wash your feet prior to starting the session, which is a nice touch. After the massage, guests are served mini mango sticky rice and a drink. However, since it’s currently not mango season, the mango was a bit sour. The sweeter mango season is usually from October to December. Pros: Charging cables for mobile phones are available There is an elevator, so no need to climb stairs Pleasant fragrance throughout the shop Quiet and relaxing environment Overall, a comfortable and thoughtful experience with some nice service details
