  We called in the morning in advance for a booking, so we planned our day accordingly. However very disappointed to find out when we arrived on time for the appointment they do not have any availability, and asked us to wait until 5pm. They double checked their record and confirmed our call, but they did not have any written booking confirmation. For a place with such size, they need to organize their booking better with confirmation number. However, at the end they are able to get us a massage after waiting an extra 20 mins. The massages are fine, but really hoped we had a better experience with the front desk next time.

  Friendly staff. Clean and professional. Did a foot massage - you can request for places to avoid, as well as the pressure level. Price may see to be on a higher end for Bangkok standard but it’s worth it for the ambience, cleanliness and privacy.

  This is easily one of the best and most value-for-money massage chains around. While it’s more expensive than street massage options, the difference is obvious—the massage quality is significantly better, and the facilities are far more comfortable, clean, and well maintained The experience is elevated by thoughtful details: cold towels, soothing teas, and even mango sticky rice at the end, which are very nice touches and make the whole session feel polished and relaxing

  Good service! Very comfortable and nice massage. We’re very sorry to be late for 20 minutes but they’re still nice and considerate and let us do the massage:) Thank you so much!

  Clean place and good service here. Not too busy branch and remain slot of service compared to central world branch. Good scent aroma with professional massage from the therapist made me have a pleasant time after exhausted long week
