  I really wanted to love Let's Relax Onsen & Spa Ratchadamri. The design is beautiful, the atmosphere is relaxing, the facilities are excellent, and the location is super convenient. The staff were also professional and welcoming throughout my visit. Unfortunately, the biggest downside was the temperature control. The onsen area was freezing because the air conditioning was far too cold. Every time I stepped out of the hot pool, steam room, or sauna, the icy air completely wiped out the comforting warmth that makes an onsen so enjoyable. Even after trying to get used to it, the sharp temperature contrast was just too uncomfortable. Everything else was great, but this one issue overshadowed the entire experience. I'd only consider coming back if they made the onsen area noticeably warmer.

  I had a fabulous time and I think the reviews undersell how much of a value and a luxury this Spa truly is. I had a 2 hour long Thai massage, with foot bath and finished with mango sticky rice and tea, for about $30 USD. Of course I also tipped my masseuse, but I couldn’t imagine that this would be such a value. The staff were all pleasant, and they event saw me ahead of my appointment time since I was early. I cannot recommend visiting here enough . Please note that the onsen and sauna is a separate price, and because it was about another 700 THB I passed on this experience.

  Extremely disappointing experience, especially considering this is a well-known spa in a 5-star hotel and the price is not cheap. I booked a 60-minute Warm Oil Massage, but the oil was only warm when first applied and was cold for the rest of the session. The room was also cold, making the entire experience very uncomfortable. I even developed a fever the following day. The massage itself was terrible. The pressure was far too strong, and I repeatedly told the therapist that it was painful and asked her to reduce the pressure, but she continued. I had an existing bruise and clearly asked her not to massage that area, yet she still did. I also specifically selected “NO FOOT MASSAGE” on the iPad beforehand, but she still massaged both feet until I repeatedly reminded her to stop. My lower leg was covered in large bruises the next day. The privacy and professionalism were also unacceptable. My friend was asked to leave a review while the therapist stood beside her watching, even though she was still not fully dressed. The therapists also remained in the room while we were changing and only left after we asked them to. The worst part is that all three of us had a similarly bad experience. One friend even had swelling in his hand after the massage, despite repeatedly telling the therapist that it was painful. For a spa in a 5-star hotel, I expected a professional and relaxing experience. Instead, the therapists ignored our requests and caused unnecessary pain and discomfort. Very DISAPPOINTED. Not worth the price and definitely will NOT return.

  I had such a relaxing experience at Let’s Relax Onsen and Spa - Ratchadamri. The moment you enter the place, you immediately feel calm and comfortable. The atmosphere is peaceful, elegant, and the whole spa is extremely clean and beautifully designed. What makes this place special is the experience of the massage therapists. Most of them are older and highly skilled, and you can truly feel their professionalism and knowledge through every detail of the massage. They know exactly how to make your body feel relaxed and refreshed. Everything about this place gives luxury, comfort, and positive energy. A perfect place to relax your mind and body in Bangkok, and definitely an experience worth trying.

  Have a good experience for massage. I love that so much.The massage is very good, the atmosphere is good, the receptionist is smiling, the service is very good, thank you very much, I will definitely come again.
