Throughout the entire two hours, she had an unhappy, irritated expression on her face and gave me what felt like a very half-hearted and careless massage. The whole experience made me extremely uncomfortable. I kept wondering, “Why am I paying for this service and somehow feeling like I should be sorry for asking for it?” If you genuinely don’t want to do your job, then please don’t do it. But if you choose to provide a service and accept someone’s money, the least you can do is treat the customer with basic courtesy and professionalism. A two-hour massage should be relaxing, but instead I spent most of the time feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome. Paying for a service should never make a customer feel like they are a burden.

I appreciate the ability to walk in last night on Saturday without any reservation. My girlfriend and I did the 1 hour foot massage and we both felt the masseurs were underwhelming. I had asked for the masseur to apply more pressure and be stronger but she didn’t do it. Maybe she’s tired. At the end of the treatment I didn’t feel any difference. Please ensure your masseurs are able to listen to what customers want. Thank you

I visited this salon because from the outside it looks luxurious, attractive, and quite expensive. However, from the very beginning, the experience felt off. Being asked to pay in advance was already a bit uncomfortable. I also clearly mentioned at the reception that I did not want a male therapist, yet my request was not respected. Unfortunately, the massage itself was extremely disappointing. The therapist seemed completely inexperienced, with no proper technique or control. The pressure was applied in the wrong areas, making the whole experience uncomfortable rather than relaxing. Additionally, the level of hygiene did not match what you would expect from a place presenting itself as “luxury.” I have been in Thailand for the past two months and I get massages regularly — at least three times a week — so I am very familiar with what a proper massage should feel like. I have never experienced anything like this before. The technique was so poor that it actually caused discomfort and made parts of my body feel tense rather than relaxed. I paid for a 2-hour session but could only tolerate around 30 minutes before I had to stop and leave. It was simply too unpleasant to continue. In my opinion, this place is far from the image it promotes. Do not be misled by the exterior or marketing. Nowadays, many businesses focus heavily on marketing and online image, and in some cases, positive reviews may not fully reflect the real experience — similar to what happens in the restaurant industry. I would strongly recommend paying close attention to the negative reviews, as they often provide a more realistic perspective. It was a complete waste of time and money.
