Lek Massage Bangkok - BTS Asok

It was close to my hotel in Asok and Sukhumvit, so I tried it for the first time. I had a 60-minute shoulder and head massage for about 500 baht, and it was very good. The staff had great skills, and the place was clean. The price is reasonable, so I recommend it.

Very disappointing experience. We live nearby and have been regular customers for quite some time, consistently choosing this place for massages. Unfortunately, when we politely asked to use the restroom, we were refused without any flexibility. For a business that relies on repeat customers, this kind of attitude is hard to understand. Small moments like this define customer experience — and this one was not positive. We won’t be returning and cannot recommend this place based on how we were treated.

The atmosphere in the shop was pleasant, and the welcome from the manager was warm and friendly. She was very nice and made me feel comfortable from the start. I had a 30 minute body scrub followed by a 1 hour oil massage. The scrub was well done and very enjoyable. However, I wasn’t completely satisfied with the massage. It didn’t feel very relaxing, as the therapist seemed a bit rushed and focused on finishing rather than creating a calming experience. Overall, the experience was okay. I did leave a small comment regarding the room facilities the bathroom did not have a fan, which made the room feel very humid and slightly uncomfortable to breathe in. Thanks anyway 🙏🏽
