I went to this place thinking it was Turkish barbers to do my beard and hair. Im not happy about the shave , didn’t use the hot towel before the shave and also used to the foam shave after the shave. The blade was used in the opposite direction making it a very unpleasant experience. Even my ears were left sore and extremely itchy. I can do a better shave at home but I came for the experience. I called the owner and treated my concerns like a joke laughing through the whole process while I’m explaining. Terrible experience and would not recommend. Even the Asian guy was sitting behind me said he thought it would be Turkish barbers and after witnessing my experience said he wouldn’t let them touch his face either. I’m not one to leave 1 star reviews we all have bread to win for family but these guys need to do better. I will also be reporting this shop to the mall customer service , gives a bad impression to the mall. It’s a false representation of Turkish barbers. Just because the owner is Turkish doesn’t mean it’s Turkish barbers. Deeply annoyed with the way the owner handled the situation. I hope people see these reviews and save themselves going through a similar experience.

High quality service level and very kind staff. Thanks a lot to Fatih for the well done hair cut and beard trim. If you need expeirence and good skill you will be safe with him. This pretty saloon is also located in a high class and very nice shopping center, Terminal 21. Thanks indeed...

My concierge recommended The Istanbul Barber conveniently located on both 2nd and 3rd floors of Terminal 21.The owner Ossie is a master of the scissors. Not only is he thorough and highly skilled but he’s timely and extremely conscientious in his work and welcome. I have travelled the world but Ossie outclasses them all.Highly recommended.

Hello, I recently visited your barbershop and noticed that there is a new team of barbers. Unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. During the service, the staff showed unprofessional behavior, such as talking loudly in front of customers, using their phones, and not maintaining proper personal grooming. This created an uncomfortable and unprofessional atmosphere. Regarding the haircut, the barber seemed to lack confidence in using the clippers. The blending was uneven, the comb did not reach the scalp properly, and there were visible uneven patches. I would like to mention that I have a background in hairstyling and was awarded 2nd place in the WorldSkills Thailand competition in this field, so I am familiar with professional standards. Overall, I am very dissatisfied with this experience and will not be returning. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and improve the quality of your service. Thank you.

Hi 🤙, I went to this barber 💈 because every now and then I have to give my beard a fix 🧔♂️ and I must say that I did well, because I got a good service at a good price. Let's start with the environment, the barber shop is located in the Terminal 21 shopping centre, the shop is quite large and reasonably well furnished, customer service was good, the guy who looked after me was friendly, he gave me the information and prices of the various services and even offered me a bottle of water while I waited for my turn. Let's get to the point, the beard cut done well and with various steps of beard care which in the end made my beard soft and perfectly outlined as I like. Fundamental question would I return to this barber shop? YES, he will be my trusted barber until I find a better barber near my hotel. In addition to beard cutting they also do hair cutting which I didn't use on this occasion. See you soon brothers and sisters peace and love ✌️
