Other salons said my hair was too dry and frizzy to do gray highlights because it would damage it. But this salon was able to do it without damaging my hair at all, and it's even softer than before! I just told the stylist I wanted gray highlights, and it was a true gray with beautiful, smooth lines. The stylist was lovely, polite, and the service was excellent. This is now one of my regular salons!

I had an amazing experience here. The team did a fantastic job transforming my dark brown hair into a beautiful milk tea color—I absolutely love it. The service was great from start to finish, and I’ll definitely be coming back again 👍

I came for a haircut and hair dyeing, and got the color and style I wanted. The hairdresser was very kind, explaining what she was doing at each stage and giving advice on how to care for my hair after dyeing 👍. It was also great that since I had dyed my hair before, she recommended removing the old color first before dyeing it again. She explained everything so well!

First of all, let me tell you, my hair was in terrible condition. I looked at reviews of many salons, and it had to be a place that could fix it completely because I didn't think my hair could go any further. Then I found Fern's salon, sent her pictures of my hair, and she said she could do exactly what I wanted. So I decided to drive there, even though I had urgent work. Fern even had a work table prepared for me, so I could work comfortably without rushing. I told her to go all out. Then, something amazing happened – the previous salon that had dyed my hair a dark color didn't even know! I was worried they'd think I didn't tell them, but Fern was incredibly patient and meticulous. She didn't get frustrated at all. I just enjoyed the process, and when I looked up, wow! It was amazing! I was so happy, I almost cried. I'm so incredibly grateful for her skill. From a patchy, greenish-brown hair, it's become something else! I'm never going to another salon again. Even though it's about 80 kilometers round trip from my house, I'd do it for free! I love Fern! 🩷
