My first time getting hair extensions, and they look amazing! The stylist was lovely, helpful, and gave great advice. 😍🙏🏻

When I arrived at the salon, they had no hair, no color, no length to choose from. The advertisement showed a branch with a large selection of hair. The stylist tried to sell me only the hair they had, which was more expensive than what we discussed, but claimed my budget wasn't sufficient. It wasn't as good as advertised on Facebook. We discussed 8500 baht in the chat, but when I got to the salon, they added extra charges for the hair and length, bringing the price up to 20,000 baht. Terrible experience, very disappointed. During the Instagram chat, they said one and a half bundles would be 8500 baht. But when I arrived at the salon, they said they had no hair, no color that matched my needs, and tried to force me to get other colors, pushing the price up to 20,000 baht. I could get that price at a salon near the Victory Monument for half the price.

When I went for hair extensions, I brought my own 30-inch hair (2 bundles). After the extensions were done, the stylist cut my hair down to 25 inches without asking beforehand. I was shocked at the time but didn't make a fuss since it was already cut. But I asked why it was so short, and they said it was about that length, they just took off a little. They should have asked or requested permission beforehand. Longer hair comes at a price. Less than a month after the extensions were done, over 10 strands fell out. (The good thing is, they did a nice job with the extensions, using keratin.) I messaged them, and they said it was normal. I've been getting hair extensions for 10 years, and this isn't normal at all.

Terrible communication between their admin and the salon. Prebooked for a week. Told admin my haircolour (beige blonde) but they didn't have it when i arrived. They gave me option to color my hair to match with the ones they have but that would be extra charge of 5000+ thb.

What a great find. My friend wanted hair extensions and a place closer to downtown wanted 20k THBs and here they did it for 6. Two to four girls worked on it for over four hours. Fun staff and the best deal in the city.
