The workers don’t do anything. They are scrolling on their phone the whole time with their legs up on the table and when I ask them if I can get a hair wash and blow dry they always say “do you have a booking” and if I say no they said sorry we aren’t free today. How can they say they’re busy when all they do is scroll on their phone. Their boss should immediately fire all the employees their work ethic is very poor. I have observed them for many months because I always come to central chaengwattana and go to the hair salon. They always say they are too busy and they have customers when all they do is play on their phone. The other shops of this hair salon at other shopping malls are very good. The service, the quality, and the skill of the workers is very good, but this shop at central chaengwattana is very bad.

1. The shampoo was harsh (it felt like my head was being shaken back and forth). 2. The haircut was harsh (when I combed my hair for a cut, it felt like I was being hit on the head with a comb). This was the worst haircut experience of my life. I left the salon with a headache and was so dissatisfied that I had to write this review. Ps. Men's haircuts are expensive. I recommend getting them elsewhere.
