The service at the salon is good, and the stylist is talkative and lovely. However, I would like to suggest an improvement regarding the queue management. Please inform customers that they need to choose their hair and will have to wait an hour for styling; it cannot be done immediately. Time management is very important, and customers are waiting for a very long time.

I don't know what it's like for other customers, but it seems to be a great experience. Personally, I'm not sure if it's a matter of choosing the service because the experience online and in reality were completely different. For me, the person choosing the hair and the person doing it seemed rude. And after it was finished, they didn't say anything, just told me to get up feeling confused, and didn't explain how to care for it. There was no introduction from the moment I arrived, and nothing was said afterward. They should improve this; some people are really not okay. However, the hair extensions themselves were good; quick, gentle, and painless.

Beautiful hair extensions, so cute! Amazing! Guys compliment me. It's undetectable, feels natural when you touch your head, and is so light you don't even feel like you have extensions. The price is the best, no hidden extra charges whatsoever. I'll always go to Grace's shop! 🩷🩷🩷😍😍😍🤩🤩

Good price, good advice. If you want to get it done by the owner, I recommend booking an appointment. If the schedule is full and you need it urgently, they can refer you to a friend's salon. Above all, the results are beautiful, fast, and the haircut looks very natural.

This was my first time getting hair extensions here. The staff were so lovely and friendly, incredibly kind and attentive to customers. The application was super fast, and the extensions feel so light and comfortable. They even recommended a hair coloring salon! Thank you so much! 🥹🫶🏻
