Extremely impressed! The haircut was exactly as requested. Kim, the stylist, was lovely, friendly, and gave great advice. Highly recommend the location at Lotus Rattanathibet. Good price, but you should call ahead before walking in.

It was a terrible experience, and I definitely won't be coming back. *We've already given all the feedback to the salon, but I wanted to write a review for other customers to consider.* - On December 26th, I went in for a hair straightening treatment, informing the salon that I only wanted to straighten the new growth at the roots. During the straightening process, the stylist splashed the straightening solution and water on my face three times while washing my hair, and didn't apologize at all. They also rotated my chair, causing my feet to hit the table, and didn't apologize for that either. - The service was terrible, and the quality was equally bad. A stylist who had only recently started working on the left side of my hair was there. After washing my hair on December 28th, almost all of the left side was still curly, nearly 100%. I've been getting my hair straightened for 10 years and have never experienced anything like this before. - After washing my hair, I gave feedback to the admin. The next morning, December 29th, the branch manager called and asked me to come back to the same branch to get my hair fixed. At first, I didn't want to go back to the original branch, but the manager said that she would come and sit at the branch with me for my peace of mind, so I agreed. The manager did come and sit with me, but she just sat there playing on her phone, then went shopping, and walked around. They were chatting about having papaya salad for dinner tonight, blah blah blah. They didn't seem to care about the customer at all. They didn't sit and watch to check if the process was done well or correctly. They only asked once halfway through if it was okay, and that was it. - When I walked into the salon, no one apologized, just like before... Before starting, I asked the stylist if my hair wouldn't be damaged from chemical treatments twice in a row. The stylist said the new hair at the roots wouldn't be damaged, but personally, I think the salon should have taken responsibility and done a treatment or something extra. They only applied the chemical solution to the roots, but other parts of the hair also absorbed it while it was being left on. Or should the customer have to pay extra for a treatment because of the salon's mistake that caused the hair to need a second chemical treatment? There was no in-person apology, and no sense of responsibility to make the customer feel better. It was like they were just doing their job. - The worst part is that my hair was still extremely curly after the treatment. I've never had my hair this curly after a treatment before. Usually, after just one treatment, it's much straighter. I noticed that the lower part of my hair, which was straightened a year ago, is still much, much straighter! 😡 Last year I also had my hair straightened at this salon, but it was with a stylist who seems to have left, and it was straight as usual, no problems. - I can honestly say I will never, ever go back to this salon again, 100%. No matter which branch, they didn't impress me for even a second. - In my case, they didn't offer a refund. They only offered one visit to fix my hair. People around me keep telling me to ask for a refund, at least 50%, but I'm too tired of this place. I don't want to deal with them anymore.
