I have been getting my haircut here for two years now. I have lived in China, USA, and Thailand and by far, this is the best place to get your hair and other services done. Mark is my go to guy here! He makes me feel welcome and comfortable each time I come in. He is the only hair stylist who can color my hair close to my natural color, and cut with precision. I would recommend Mark to anyone, especially foreigners as he knows how to cut any type of hair, such as my curly, thick hair.

Today was my FIRST time visiting your barber shop for haircut, and unfortunately, I left feeling very disappointed with the overall experience. The first issue - during the shampoo service. From the moment your hairstylist turned on the water until the shampoo was finished, water kept splashing onto my face. My face was completely wet, yet no tissue or towel was offered to wipe it. I’m not sure whether the stylist simply didn’t notice or if this is your salon’s standard practice, but it was very uncomfortable. Even after the chair was raised, the hairstylist no made any effort to dry my face. After that the haircut continued, water kept dripping from my hair onto my face, but the stylist simply continued cutting without acknowledging it or checking whether I was comfortable. After the haircut, my hair was washed for a second time. Unfortunately, during the second shampoo, the exact same thing happened again - water continued splashing onto my face throughout the entire wash. The second issue - after the haircut was finished. The hairstylist handed me a hot towel and told me it was for wiping my face. I had been using it for less than a minute when I looked up and realized that the stylist had already walked away. I had no idea whether I was supposed to wait for the stylist to return or whether I should go directly to the cashier, as there was no one around to guide me. I eventually walked to the cashier in the next room, only to find that the hairstylist was already standing there waiting. I would like to ask your barber shop to seriously review and improve the quality of your customer service. Your shop charges premium prices, so I naturally expected a level of service that reflects those prices. Unfortunately, the experience I received fell well below that expectation. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and use it to improve your service for future customers.

Great experience from start to finish. The shop is very clean and well organized, and the staff is friendly, professional, and attentive. You can tell they take their work seriously. I especially appreciated the level of care throughout the whole process – from the wash before the haircut to the finishing touches after. The barber really understood what I wanted and paid close attention to detail. The result turned out exactly how I like it – clean, well-balanced, and easy to style. Overall, a very high-quality service. I’ll definitely come back.

Truefitt & Hill at Central Embassy is truly one of the best places in Bangkok to get a haircut. The salon is elegant, very clean, and offers excellent service from start to finish. I had the pleasure of meeting Master Chadi, who is an exceptional barber with a great personality — professional, respectful, and highly skilled. He gave me one of the best haircuts I’ve had since living in Bangkok. I strongly recommend making an appointment in advance and requesting Chadi for your next visit. Highly recommended!

Stopped in for a shave as I was feeling lazy and wanted to skip the morning routine. The service was excellent—pre-shave oil, hot towel, lathering, and a close shave. The barber even reapplied the lather for a second pass, followed by moisturizing and a soothing cold towel. The shave was done in a private room, which made the experience more comfortable. I have sensitive skin, and he took extra care around my chin and neck. Definitely worth a visit.
