Niceeeee. I try 2 treatments here. 1. Okura gateway : I love the Okura gateway. Great as they named it. 2. Ta-ke relief : use the bamboo as a part of the massage. I both trying the big couple room with the jacuzzi bath tub and normal room. The interior is like a Japanese standard. Simple dark brown wood. ☺️❤️ Like to go back for more "okura gateway. Need a booking in advance. Not too many treatment rooms. The spa is located on the same floor of the fitness & infinity pool.

Love it! One of the best spa in Bangkok! Great service, convenient, close to the subway station. We stayed in the hotel for vacation.

top quality massage. best ever. so satisfied with first massage so had one more next day. also completely satisfied. sole weakness of here would be price but its a 5 star hotel massage and kindness, comfortableness most of all great massage skills, it may be a high price but never an overprice. if i get a chance to have massage at bangkok again, i wont hesitate a minute to visit here again.

This is the best hotel I’ve ever been to. Literally everything is excellent: Staff, room, service, location…and: the breakfast buffet blows you away. It’s insanely delicious.

There’s hidden fees!! 10% and another 7% So whatever the price is on the menu they show you I paid almost another 1000 baht ontop !! Which doesn’t seem like much but they should change the prices as it was at the end when I paid. 5 stars because the lady they did the massage was wonderful no doubt it’s a great place But $250 in Thailand is ridiculous
