I recently discovered Chandee Head Spa through TikTok and from the moment I made my reservation, I couldn’t wait for my pampering day. The experience definitely lived up to my expectations. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed with a refreshing glass of roselle tea and a cleansing towel. It was my first time trying roselle tea and I have to say, it was surprisingly delicious and a lovely way to start the experience. Before the treatment began, we were invited to choose our preferred shampoo and massage oil scent. There were four shampoo options and five massage oil fragrances: lemongrass, peach, coconut, Queen of the Night and butterfly pea. I chose the butterfly pea scent and it smelled absolutely amazing, light, calming and very relaxing. The spa itself was spotless, beautifully maintained and incredibly spacious. I really appreciated the peaceful ambience. During the treatment, they provided an eye mask, allowing us to fully relax while looking at the beautiful star-like lights on the ceiling. It created such a calming atmosphere and made the whole experience even more enjoyable. After the head spa session, we were escorted to the blow-dry salon, where the staff professionally blow-dried our hair. It was a thoughtful touch that completed the experience and my hair felt soft, fresh and well taken care of. While having our hair dried, we were served Kao Ten (Thai rice crackers), which were a nice light snack to enjoy. Before we left, the staff also presented us with a lovely pouch as a gift to thank us for visiting. Inside were 3 different fragrances to smell, which was a unique and memorable finishing touch. A special thank you to Sara, my massage therapist, for making the entire experience so relaxing and enjoyable. She was gentle, attentive and professional throughout the session, ensuring I felt comfortable from beginning to end. Her wonderful service made my visit even more memorable. I would also like to thank the lovely lady at the reception who welcomed us. Unfortunately, I didn’t get her name but she was incredibly polite, warm and always had a genuine smile on her face. She made us feel comfortable from the moment we walked in and her friendly hospitality left a wonderful first impression. From the warm hospitality and attention to detail to the relaxing treatment and thoughtful extras, every part of the experience made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. I highly recommend Chandee Head Spa to anyone visiting Bangkok who is looking to unwind and enjoy a truly relaxing self-care experience. I would definitely return on my next trip.
