Extremely disappointing and unethical experience. The owner clearly lied about pricing. I was told 300 baht for a shampoo and blow-dry, but after the service I was charged 600 baht. She then had the audacity to add 40 baht for “conditioner”, as if conditioner is not already part of a basic shampoo. This was my first day in Thailand, and I wasn’t familiar with local pricing or how salons communicate services. The owner does not speak English, and once the service was done, I felt cornered and uncomfortable arguing — which I now realize was likely intentional. I was also charged 750 baht for nails, an outrageously inflated price. While the nail technician herself was good, it does not excuse the dishonest pricing and lack of transparency. After this incident, I went to multiple far better salons where I was charged 300 baht for much higher-quality hair services. This place is clearly overcharging tourists. Avoid this salon if you are a tourist. The owner lacks integrity, the pricing is misleading, and the entire experience felt exploitative.

I decided to come in without appointment or anything and use google translator. I truly recommend. My hair is typical Portuguese hair, with long, wavy and with curly tips and I don’t easily try new hair salons, but I really needed to cur the tips and I saw all the previous reviews. The hairdresser is extremely nice and she cut my hair very well. She even dried my hair to get volume.

I went here to get a blow dry. I have curly hair & it’s hard to keep straightened - the incredibly kind lady straightened it to perfection, I’ve never had it done so well. They offered us drinks as well, great service & hospitality. All staff was very friendly & made the service enjoyable. They spoke good English & gave me exactly what I wanted. Highly recommend.
