Such a wonderful experience here. The ladies working Neko are a credit to the business. They treated me so well. The quality of hair is amazing and I really trusted their advise throughout. I had a really positive experience at this salon overall. I reached out to a few places before deciding, and what stood out here was how much time they took to explain the process, answer all my questions, and provide a clear price sheet upfront. That made me feel comfortable choosing them. When I arrived, they got started on my hair right away, which I really appreciated. I had 90 feather extensions done, and the entire team was incredibly attentive throughout the process. It was a very long appointment—almost 9 hours—but they worked carefully and efficiently the whole time. I also want to give a special thank you to the manager, who kept me company with conversation during the appointment. That honestly made a huge difference and made the time pass much more comfortably. Everyone there was kind, patient, and clearly cared about doing a good job. They also stay open as long as needed to finish the work properly, which shows their dedication. By the end, I was really happy with how my hair turned out—it looks beautiful. The one thing I do want to mention is the pricing. For similar services and the same amount of hair, I was previously quoted between $500–$600 at other salons, and I’ve paid around $550 for keratin bonding extensions in the past. Here, my total came to about $1400, which felt like a significant jump. While I’m not an expert on hair quality or longevity differences, the price did feel quite high compared to my past experiences. That said, the service, care, and overall experience were excellent. If pricing isn’t a concern, you’ll likely have a great experience here.

During my experience at the salon, they offered many good services and the staff were very friendly. However, the downside was that they weren't clear in their WhatsApp responses. They would quote a low price, but then surprise you with a much higher price when you arrived. I paid approximately 31,000 baht, and after a week, I removed the hair extensions and lost the entire amount because the result was bad.

I had such a wonderful experience here today and couldn’t be happier with the result. From the moment I arrived, the entire team was warm, professional, and incredibly attentive. You can immediately feel how much care they put into both their craft and their clients. The owners were so kind and took the time to ensure everything was done perfectly, explaining the process and making sure I was comfortable throughout. Their attention to detail and pride in their work really shows. The salon itself is beautiful, calm, and immaculately clean, which made the whole experience feel even more special. Most importantly, the extensions look and feel completely natural, lightweight, and seamless. I truly feel like myself again, just more confident. Thank you for such a lovely experience. I had such a wonderful experience at Neko Salon, located inside Sand Haus Community Mall. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt calm, modern, and very welcoming. The interiors are beautifully designed, creating a relaxing environment. The staff were professional, attentive, and genuinely caring. They took time to understand my needs and recommended treatments that suited me best. I felt pampered throughout the session, and I loved how they explained each step clearly so I could fully relax and enjoy. The salon uses premium products like Milkshake and Kérastase, and I could instantly feel the difference in the softness and shine of my hair after the treatment. It’s not just a salon visit, but truly a self-care experience. Another big plus is the location. Sand Haus is full of other shops and cafés to explore, and there’s free parking which makes the whole experience even more convenient. Highly recommend Neko Salon to anyone looking for more than just a haircut or treatment, but an elevated beauty experience. I’ll definitely be coming back again 💖
