The shop announced it closes at 8:00 PM. I went in at 7:45 PM and was told to go home by the staff, who said the shop was closed. It was like they really wanted to go home and didn't want to work anymore. Even if a customer entered at 7:55 PM, you still have to serve them, not chase them away like that. Some shops even continue to serve customers even when closing; they're very dedicated. It's hard to survive in this business these days. I'll wait and see how long this kind of service lasts. This location seems cursed; many shops have failed here. I won't be using this shop again.

I've had my hair cut three times, and it was beautiful every time. The stylist is great (they all do a similar job). Overall, it's fantastic!

I haven't tried their service yet, but it was a bad 👎🏼 First Impression. Since I had another appointment planned and needed an hour for a haircut, I called to make an appointment well in advance. When I arrived on time, there were no available stylists, but one stylist (probably the one taking appointments) turned to ask, "Is this the appointment?" (He was still cutting someone else's hair at the time). I replied, "Yes." The stylist then asked, "Are you in a hurry?" I said, "Yes, I am." Then the stylist went back to cutting hair. I sat and waited for about 15 minutes, and there was no sign of the haircut being finished. So I had to rush out to find another salon, almost missing my appointment. I felt it was a terrible experience. I was punctual, but I wasn't treated well.

Letting go is hard, getting a haircut is better! 👍🏻 Great haircut with style, good price, friendly and lovely stylist, clean shop, delicious food, and the air conditioning is so cold it's almost freezing. Overall, 5 stars!
