The shop is cramped and the queue management is terrible. On the day I went, there were almost 10 customers in the shop, and they kept having customers get up and switch chairs like a game of musical chairs. The staff were polite, but the queue management was really bad. They really need to improve their queuing system.

The stylists were all so lovely! They took great care of us and gave excellent advice. The permanent hair straightening resulted in beautiful, natural-looking straight hair. It didn't take long and the price was very affordable.

I had an appointment at the salon for a Shiseido hair straightening treatment on June 30th. Less than a week later, my baby hairs started to curl, and after a month, it was even more noticeable. I had already mentioned my concerns about the baby hairs. The haircut itself was terrible. They promised they could do it, but they didn't understand the hairstyle from the start. If they had informed me beforehand that they couldn't cut it, I would have chosen not to. After blow-drying my hair after washing, they just used slide scissors without sectioning it or checking for balance. They cut off more hair than agreed upon and then took the cut hair to the back of the salon for unknown reasons. I really need this improved. I don't want future customers to have this experience.

ทำเคราตินสดได้ประมาน2อาทิต ผมฝั่งด้านขวายังมีความฟูกว่าจุดอื่น เหมือนผลักเคราตินไม่เข้าเส้นผม เห็นความแตกต่างชัดเจน สาเหตุเพราะ ทางร้านไม่ใช้ช่างมืออาชีพทำผม แต่ให้เด็กมาทำแทน และเด็กไม่มีประสบการประเมินสภาพเส้นผมลูกค้า ทำไปแล้วยังมองไม่ออกว่าเกิดปฏิกิริยาเคมีกับผม ทางร้านควรปรับปรุงแก้ไข ลูกค้าใหม่ ควรใช้ช่างมืออาชีพมาทำ/บริการ ไม่ใช่เด็กหรือลูกหลานใครมาทำ ในเมื่อลูกค้าตัดสินใจใช้บริการร้านนี้แล้ว ควรประเมินก่อน ถ้าหากช่างเก่ง ถ้าเห็นทุกสภาพเส้นผมก็จะสามารถแก้ไขให้ได้
